So we packed up the camper and had our latest 'on the road' time so far ... 9am. We weren't worried though as we didn't have very far to go at all. Roughly 103k's in all. I know ... seriously big trip this time! LOL!
We made it to Aratula in good time, so decided to stop at the Bakery and grab some morning tea and an after dinner treat. Sausage Rolls weren't up to Big Dad standards, but the Vanilla Slice and Date Loaf were excellent. We also stopped at the pub to grab some prawns for lunch
13.11.10 Archer Camp Ground
We picked up the Swag and it was like new. Well okay it wasn't as shiny as the others, but all things were fixed. They'd even noticed a few other things that needed attending to and taken care of those. Wonderful! The brakes needed some adjusting ... so they did it, and some covers hadn't been given to us in the first instance, so we now have those as well. And we were on the road after installing the esky!
We drove up the highway and then deviated at Wamuran, heading down Campbell Pocket Road. Alas, there was a detour about 1/2 way along, but we weren't disappointed to find the views along this detour were stunning!
